Friday 1200 Hours - Sunday 1800 Hours. Gameroom opens at 0800 each morning.

WEEKEND REGISTRATION: At the door $50, Pre-Registration $35 (Before March 1, 2018)

Saturday only Registration is $25.

We are returning to the hotel we used last year. There is no special room rate use your own sources for the best rate or discuss with the manager. There are several other hotels near by including Hollis Renewal Center, if you would like to stay there ($50/night; contact me at Hollis, info at holliscenter dot org).

Gaming Format

Five round, single-elimination. Players select from a scenario list each round. Additional mini-tournaments will be held on Saturday.

The game room opens at 0800 on Friday, and the first competitive tournament round will be played at 12 PM. There will be a warm up round for players who arrive early to practice their ASL skills. The second round played at 7 PM on Friday. Hopefully this will make Saturday a more relaxed game day with only two rounds. the final ruound will be on Sunday.

Commemorative t-shirts will be available for $25, in sizes S - XXXL. You may order at time of registration or purchase at the door (while supplies last).
